Silvia Garcia

Raised with European culture, Silvia Garcia has been working in aviation for a number of years taking the service at the top level with European and American clients. Silvia started working as a commercial flight attendant at age 18 in Spain. While working as a full-time flight attendant she graduated with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and got expertise in Protocol and Etiquette. For several years, she was in charge of organizing the protocol at El Instituto Cervantes, the most prestigious cultural institution dedicated to promoting the Hispanic culture and language around the world, where Silvia worked with the Spanish Royal Family, Presidents of Governments of different countries, and ambassadors. Later Silvia moved to Los Angeles where she opened her own PR company and started to work as a corporate flight attendant. Her success in this job led her to train other corporate flight attendants with Global Crew Prestige.

Mari Whyte

Over 15 years of experience in Airline and Corporate Aviation in Europe Mari Whyte was born and raised in Finland. Mari is multilingual and has lived in 5 different countries giving her a great insight to different cultures around the world. She has operated for multiple airlines and has experience in managerial positions; supervising, training and motivating crew. Mari held positions as Cabin Manager, Line-checker and Crew Resource Manager.

Steve Benjamin

Executive chef Steve Benjamin from the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Benjamin served as sous chef at the Astor Hotel in Paris where he was skillfully trained by “Chef of the Century” Joël Robuchon. In 2003, Robuchon recruited him to open L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris. In 2005, Benjamin moved to Las Vegas to open L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand as Executive. Having received a coveted Michelin Star rating for his efforts in Las Vegas, Chef Benjamin’s culinary prowess has granted him a large local following within the Las Vegas locale, leading to his recently win on Chopped! on the Food Network. Chef Benjamin joined the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills team in 2017 where he serves as Executive Chef and works alongside chef Jean-Georges Vongrichten to oversee all food and beverage throughout the five-star hotel.

Nicolas Mourier

Energetic and driven, Nicolas Mourier is a French - Canadian. Traveled for several years around the world working for different luxurious hotel brains such as Relais & Chateau, Fairmont, Waldorf Astoria. Graduated of his Hotel Management Bachelor from the reputed International Hospitality management Vatel School, Nicolas decided to pursue his quest for service of excellence in California, United-States. After his Master in international management, Nicolas served the French Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten to oversee his New find Dining restaurant located at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Nicolas shared with his team, the sense of detail, turning guest's moment into memories, and his French touch of luxury. Working with Global Crew prestige to inspire and elevate the elite flight attendant to provide the most luxurious and authentic service in the Air.

Dafne Isasi

Dafne has a multicultural heritage “she was born in Argentina and raised in France. She speaks English, French, and Spanish on a daily basis. Having earned a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts from the esteemed French Auguste Escoffier School and an international in-flight safety and security certification, Dafne abides by a Triple motto: Safety, Standards, and Service. Dafne has ventured into multiple sectors of corporate aviation. She has worked as a flight coordinator, aircraft sales and acquisition broker, and flight department services / standards consultant. As a chief flight attendant, she implemented industry-leading standards and practices in multiple private aviation companies worldwide. She has a genuine understanding of what it takes to be successful in the corporate aviation industry.
